I really enjoyed my training session with Healthy Transition's trainer, Jordan. I appreciated the flexibility to the session virtually from home, while still having it be customized live to my body & needs. Pretty easy to set up and get going. The trainer pushes you in the right way, and counts slowly so gotta be ready for a good challenge!
I did not know what to expect with virtual training sessions, but to my surprise, it was phenomenal. Jordan fisher was very personable but at the same time professional. During the session, he made it fun and held me accountable.
